the hotel's proximity to the central train station proved advantageous. the lobby provided complimentary tea, coffee, and water which was a notable convenience.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is just across the street from the central station (very convenient for travel). the public areas are spacious and cute. I especially liked the complimentary tap water in the lobby. the room itself was modern, clean, and well kept, offering a comfortable environment.

i requested an extra pillow since we were three people, including children. the receptionist assured us that she would take care of it, but it wasn't provided. when we returned to our room at night, we found no extra pillow.

The location met my expectations. It was indeed close to the train station.

The shower had inconsistent water temperature. It fluctuated from hot to cold, a real pain after a long day. the air conditioning was also quite loud, even on the lowest setting. It wasn't conducive to a good night's sleep. also. The staff failed to refill marmelade

clean room great location

the room was very clean and spacious. i found the air conditioning worked very well. the location is excellent as it is close to the main train station. i could easily walk to the belvedere palaces and gardens from the hotel.

the room lacked a shower caddy. i had to place toiletries on the floor of the shower. the hairdryer made loud noises when i used the high mode. i found no kettle in the room.

The breakfast offered many choices. It included gluten-free bread upon request. the breakfast room was well-lit and clean. the staff efficiently removed used plates and cups.
